I've learned that our minds are always up to something and a great deal of it is wildly unhelpful. I love to teach people healthy strategies for responding to the difficult situations we find ourselves in. More knowledge and better tools can help you get where you want to go.

How I Help

I can teach you skills for identifying and responding to thoughts and feelings in ways that work for you. You can learn how to behave more like the person you want to be no matter what your mind tries to throw at you.

Together we’ll find out what is getting in your way, discover what you need to meet your goals, and come up with actionable steps to make the changes you want.
